About Us
Established
Studio B Squared, Llc was established July, 12, 2010 when Daniel Bowers and Christian Berge teamed up to create a unique approach to Architectural Design and servicing the needs of their clients.
The approach is to create a firm that was not only focused on the exterior building architecture, but the entire building from the interior finishes and equipment to the complete user experience with in the building.
Drawing from over 20 years of experience with major hotel and restaurant projects, combined with design excellence in multi-family and commercial projects, the goal of the firm is to provide the client with a single source contact on the project and fully designed and coordinated project.
Christian lost his battle with cancer on December 13, 2011, and his impact on the firm continues to this day. Our goal is to provide the client with excellence in design for their building exterior, and to provide, if desired, a completely designed and coordinated project from start to finish.
In 2018 Studio B. Squared added full Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering as an "in house" service.

Attention to all the details
When a project is fully coordinated from interior to exterior and all of the "details" are considered a space will feel in harmony and the user comfortable in the space.
Studio B Squared, Llc strives to "Consider all things" in each project. We have heard other owners lament, "I wish we would have thought of this - or that" about their new building. Understanding that building design and construction is a fluid and changing process, with many different influences. Consideration for "all things" is a daunting and sometimes difficult task which takes focus and attention to the details, so that when the unexpected challenge comes up, the impact on the "plan details" can be solved.
Having been involved in Architecture and Design projects, from custom residential to large hospitality/restaurants and multi-family since 1995, Daniel Bowers brings a "lessons learned" approach to problem solving and project success.
Our experience in all areas of Commercial Restaurant planning and development, from equipment specifications, back of house layout and design, combined with front of house customer experience provides a fully coordinated project.

Starting in 1995, with other firms, with exposure and participation in design of numerous Hotel Projects, such as The Grand Hotel and Canyon Star Restaurant, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta Inn, Comfort Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Best Western, Super 8, Quality Inn, and multifamily projects like Orpheum Lofts, 114 West Adams, provided an experience level that when in 2010 Mr. Bowers became principal and owner of Studio B Squared, LLC, created a design firm to focus on restaurant design and offer restaurant owners a unique service that will focus on the needs of the owner for maximum operation and problem solving design options to get the most out of the restaurant within the owners budget and achieve overall project success. The firm’s focus is on a complete, one stop shop, where interior design, kitchen design, exterior Architecture and design are all fully coordinated without the need for additional consultants and provides the owner with the completely coordinated project design.
